GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE AND TICKET PURCHASE FOR WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L.

These General Terms of Use and Purchase (hereinafter, "the General Terms") govern the access and use of the website accessible through the domain name https://wdl.cliqueo.es/es/ owned by THE TICKET COMPANY S.L. (hereinafter "CLIQUEO"), which is the intermediary for ticket sales of the event WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L. (hereinafter, the PROMOTER) and for managing advance ticket reservations and sales via the Internet.

Simply accessing the Website attributes the status of user (hereinafter, "the User") to whoever does so and implies acceptance of all the terms included in these General Terms. In case of disagreement with these General Terms, the User must abandon any ticket purchase transaction through the website https://wdl.cliqueo.es/es/

These terms will be applicable to all contracts made through the website https://wdl.cliqueo.es/es/ for ticket delivery in Spanish territory.

By accepting these General Terms, the User declares:

  • That they have read, understand, and comprehend these General Terms.
  • That they are a natural or legal person with sufficient capacity to contract and meet the legal conditions to enter into the sales contract carried out through this website.
  • That they assume each and every one of the obligations established here, which will regulate the present purchase process.
  • That they understand and accept the rules of use and operation of the PROMOTER.

THE TICKET COMPANY, S.L. will act, when operationally necessary, as the Data Controller of the Users' personal data in accordance with current legislation, for the purpose of completing electronic ticket sales transactions, managing potential cancellations, and generally providing customer service when necessary.

1.3. User , who accesses the Website. The User will identify themselves on the Website during the ticket purchase process. The User provides their data, for which they have full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the PROMOTER and CLIQUEO.

2. Access to the Website.

Simple access to the Website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the User's contracted access provider, which will be at their expense.

3. Rules of use of the Website.

The User is obliged to use the Website and all its content and services in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these General Terms, not using them to carry out illegal activities or crimes that violate the rights of third parties and/or infringe any rules of the applicable legal system.

4. Purpose of the contract.

This contract aims to regulate the contractual relationship of ticket sales for WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L. established between THE PROMOTER and the User at the moment when the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.

The purchase of a ticket for WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L. entails admission to the same in exchange for a determined and publicly displayed price through the website https://wdl.cliqueo.es/es/

5. Contracting procedure.

The User, after reading these general terms and conditions and accepting them, and providing the data requested in the registration form, may carry out the purchase of tickets for WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L. through the website https://wdl.cliqueo.es/es/

In any case, the verification of the order terms will be the sole responsibility of the User, and the purchase process cannot begin until the User has sent confirmation of the order terms.

It is informed that in accordance with what is required by art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow these steps:

  • Selection of day and time, clicking on the corresponding day in the virtual calendar/schedule that will appear on the browser screen.

  • A summary of the purchase process will appear on the browser screen, indicating the number of people and the day and time selected to access WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L.

  • The User will see a message on the screen confirming the purchase result and the payment operation authorization code.

6. Price and additional expenses.

In accordance with article 60 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, through the website https://raulalegriaproducciones.cliqueo.es/es/ the final price including VAT, per person and hour, is informed.

These prices, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include management fees for ticket sales, shipping costs, in case of sending tickets by courier to the User, ticket cancellation insurance, or any other additional and ancillary services to the tickets that may be available at any time, which will be expressly indicated to the User as an additional expense to the ticket price during the purchase process and in any case before it is completed.

Management fees (also called distribution fees or service commission) are a supplement or percentage that is added to the base price of the ticket to make the sales process possible and provide the User with ticket delivery.

The management fees of https://wdl.cliqueo.es/es/ are intended to cover aspects of our business such as, for example, by way of illustration and not limitation, the maintenance and development of our website, secure payment gateway, information, communication and marketing services, customer service, etc.

To avoid disturbing the proper functioning of the service, and to safeguard security and the common good, the following must be observed:

  • Follow the instructions of the facility staff and monitors.
  • Use the facility for its specific purpose.
  • Do not have unhygienic or indecent attitudes. Do not throw waste on the floor. Use the trash bins.
  • Do not engage in behaviors that imply danger to the physical integrity of other Users of WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L.

The acquisition of this ticket or invitation entails acceptance of the following conditions:

  • Only the first ticket presented at the venue will be accepted as valid and subsequent attempts to access with the same ticket will not be admitted.
  • Once the ticket is purchased, it cannot be changed or its amount refunded.
  • The ticket must be presented in the venue access area.
  • The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the activity programming, of which the user will be informed.
  • The organization is not responsible for tickets that have not been purchased at official points of sale and may, once verified, prohibit access to the venue.
  • Upon entry, the user may be subject to a search according to the law. Entry with bottles, cans, and all those objects that may be considered dangerous by the Organization, or with food, is not permitted.
  • The organization reserves the right of admission according to the law for those persons who manifest behaviors harmful to other users and to the normal development of the activity.
  • Admission is subject to having a complete ticket and in conditions that allow the organizer to carry out its verification.
  • The ticket holder will lose their rights upon leaving the venue where the activity takes place.
  • In case of cancellation of the activity, the organization commits to refund the amount of this ticket.
  • In the case that the activity has begun, and has to be suspended, the organizer will not refund any amount.
  • The space intended for the activity will comply with the capacity regulations in force at each moment.
  • Entry of persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants, or similar substances will not be permitted.
  • The ticket may not be used for advertising purposes for promotional purposes, without the prior and written authorization of the Organization.
  • Users have complaint forms at their disposal. Any complaint must be accompanied by the ticket.

8. Right of withdrawal in ticket purchase.

The User must ensure, before processing the purchase, the accuracy and adequacy of the data entered, as it is not possible to return tickets once the purchase is made. Not being able to attend the show or making a mistake when purchasing the tickets are not reasons that allow their return.

In this sense, the User may not exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution provided for in consumer and user regulations as this right is excluded for services related to leisure or entertainment activities, in accordance with what is established in article 103 of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

9. Returns.

Once the ticket is purchased by the User, it will not be changed or its amount refunded.

10. Cancellation of WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L.

In case of closure of WANDERLUST EXHIBITS, S.L. on the day and time of your ticket, this circumstance will be brought to the User's attention so that they can contact THE PROMOTER to receive the precise instructions.

12. Nullity and ineffectiveness of clauses

If any clause included in these General Terms were declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or the part of it that results null or ineffective, the rest of these General Terms remaining in force, considering such provision totally or partially as not included.

13. Modification of the General Terms and other contents

The General Terms will be available to the User on the Website.

THE PROMOTER reserves, for service provision reasons, the right to modify these General Terms at any time.

14. Applicable legislation.

These General Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. Among others, by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.

15. Competent jurisdiction.

Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with these General Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts and tribunals.
